Superyacht Tenders and Toys – Paid Social

Superyacht Tenders and Toys is an award-winning yacht tender and yacht toy consultancy company specialising in providing yachts, owners and captains with a one stop shop for all superyacht tender and toy needs.

The Brief

Superyacht Tenders and Toys were keen to look at new ways to promote their consultancy services and drive people to their website. Our brief was to create awareness of their Project Management, Consultancy and New Build services and to drive targeted traffic to their website using Facebook advertising.

Our Approach

As this was the client’s first Facebook advertising campaign and was very much a trial there was a limited budget. The key to success for this campaign was ensuring that the right people were reached. We created a focused global audience using relevant luxury yacht brands and industry business events as targeting criteria to ensure we reached those making the decisions and facilitating supply as opposed to the end users or aficionados of the elite range of tenders and toys available.

For the creatives we needed a different approach from the ubiquitous aspirational videos and lifestyle images that are usually associated with the luxury goods market. We produced a series of eye-catching image rich carousel ads that visually as well as texturally highlighted the different elements of toy and tender supply and how with Superyacht Tenders and Toys’ expertise, project management and consultancy services the whole process could be managed with ease.

Results

The team at Superyacht Tenders and Toys were so pleased with the results of the campaign and the numbers of people reached, which translated into a 75% increase in website traffic, that they have diverted more spending from their usual PPC marketing to Facebook advertising which they have asked us to manage.
